Park Grove Methodist Church - Park Grove is opposite Jacob Smith Park, off Scriven Road
St. John the Baptist and Holy Trinity churches in Knaresborough are both covered by the Knaresborough Anglican Team who also manage the nearby village churches of St. John the Baptist in Brearton and St. Mary the Virgin in Goldsborough

Post box - (collections 4.45pm Monday-Friday, 12 noon on Saturday) - opposite the end of the gravel road, at the bottom of the Green. Deliveries are usually mid-morning. 

Shops - The nearest shops are Dawn till Dusk on the end of Stockwell Road or the Co-op within the petrol station on Boroughbridge Road, which has a cashpoint. 

Bus - The nearest bus stop is on Hyde Park Road, just across Boroughbridge Road from the end of Park Grove. The 1c bus passes this stop every 15 minutes on its way to Knaresborough bus station and then on to Harrogate. A 10-15 minute walk to Bond End at the bottom of the High Street, will enable you to catch any number 1 (a, b or c) bus to Harrogate approximately every 5 minutes.

Train - The railway station is on Station Road off the High Street, about 15-20 minutes walk away. During the day trains run every 30 minutes on the quarter hour to Harrogate (every hour after 9pm) and quarter to every hour to York.
